Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CAPITAL SOLUTIONS SRL ("Company," "we," "our," or "WinBigLottery") regarding access to and use of winbiglottery.net (the "Platform") and WinBig services (the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services, you affirm that you:

- Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
- Possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Will comply with all applicable laws governing your use of the Services

What WinBig Provides

- Multiple viewing modes offering varying levels of complexity and aesthetic detail
- Educational content explaining probability theory, statistical independence, and frequency analysis
- User accounts for tracking preferred visual modes and pattern observation history
What WinBig Does NOT Provide
- Real lottery participation opportunities
- Gambling, betting, or wagering mechanisms of any kind
- Chances to win money, prizes, or items of value
- Financial transactions beyond account registration (which is free)
- Predictive tools or strategies for winning actual lotteries
Users acknowledge that WinBig operates purely as an informational tool with zero gambling functionality. No outcomes generated on the Platform result in financial gain or loss.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
The Platform is accessible exclusively to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years on the date of registration
- Legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable jurisdiction
- Compliance with all local laws governing online platform use
Users must provide accurate date-of-birth information during registration. Falsifying age or identity constitutes grounds for immediate account termination. We employ age verification mechanisms and reserve the right to request additional documentation if we suspect misrepresentation.

Content & Communication Violations
- Posting unlawful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Harassing or intimidating other users or Company personnel
- Impersonating individuals or entities
- Promoting illegal activities, including gambling with real money
- Violating intellectual property rights
Commercial Misuse
- Using the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
- Reselling access to WinBig Services
- Advertising or promoting third-party products/services
- Collecting user data for marketing purposes
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in account suspension, termination, and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, graphics, code, algorithms, visual elements, and other materials on the Platform ("Content") are owned by CAPITAL SOLUTIONS SRL or licensed from third parties. This includes:
- WinBig branding, logos, and trademarks
- Visual designs, color schemes, and animation sequences
- Educational content, articles, and explanatory text
- Software code underlying Platform functionality
- Proprietary algorithms generating random number visualizations
Limited License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include rights to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform Content

- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

User-Generated Content

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Service Availability
WinBig is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
- Accuracy or completeness of educational content
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
We do not guarantee continuous Platform availability and may suspend services temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or force majeure events.
Educational Content Disclaimer
Educational materials on WinBig are intended solely for informational purposes. We make no representations regarding:
- Applicability of probability concepts to real-world gambling scenarios
- Accuracy of statistical demonstrations in all contexts
- Suitability of content for academic or professional use
Users should consult qualified professionals for advice on gambling-related decisions or statistical analysis beyond WinBig's educational scope.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAPITAL SOLUTIONS SRL, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

- Damages arising from Platform use or inability to access Services
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability for all claims arising from Platform use shall not exceed CAD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CAPITAL SOLUTIONS SRL and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees), and damages arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Any content you submit to WinBig
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended account inactivity (3+ years)
- Requests from legal authorities
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@winbiglottery.net. Upon termination, your right to access WinBig immediately ceases, and we may delete account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Modifications to Services & Terms
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of WinBig at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications or service interruptions.
Terms Updates
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Platform homepage notice
- Email notification to registered users
- Updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document
Continued use of WinBig after Terms updates constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, discontinue use and close your account.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication. Contact info@winbiglottery.net with dispute details.
Jurisdiction
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts.
Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. Waivers must be in writing to be valid.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CAPITAL SOLUTIONS SRL regarding WinBig Services, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
